Our 2nd time back to the hotel in just 2 months. We loved it very much. Special thanks to guest service, Toy. He helped us check in and upgrade us to deluxe ocean view. He was very friendly and attentive. However, we were disappointed with our dinner at the Goji restaurant. My son ordered the spare rib. There was not much meat, and the meat was tough.

Marriott Khao Lak is a wonderful hotel that's ideal for both families and business travelers. I've personally used it for both purposes and highly recommend it. Here’s what makes it stand out: * Welcoming Staff: The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel right at home. * Big, Clean Rooms: The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. * Fantastic Breakfast: They offer a fantastic breakfast with a huge variety of delicious options. * Great Swimming Pools: The pools are amazing—perfect for a swim or just lounging by the water. Overall, it's a great choice and I would definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, but the service was far below 5-star standards. Upon arrival at 4 PM, only one of my two rooms was ready; the other wasn’t available until 6 PM. One room had faulty lighting that turned on and off every few seconds for 30 mins. Staff gave inconsistent information about daily activities, and I only learned an event was canceled after asking four different people. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a 30-minute wait to be seated. Great rooms, but poor communication and service ruined the experience.

It's quite brand new resort but still keep the marriott's standard. Hospitality of every staff is fantastic.
