前台服務極差，又蠢又傲慢，有確認單還要求提供付款證明。雙床房衹給大床房，不給調整。
The receptiost is stupid and arrogant. Insist to provide proof of payment even though gave him confirmation.
Standard room but only for one bed, we suffered to stay with two gentlemen each room in one bed. The receptionist refused to change for us.
The stupid receptionist shall be fired to avoid further damage to the customers.

The hotel is fine and fit for purpose. I found that the rooms, breakfast area and overall hotel is quite dark.
The room was fine. It’s just that the TV and phone didn’t work and the light in the shower was blown. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, as I didn’t spend much time in the room.
Breakfast was ok. The variety could be better but what I had was sufficient. It would be nice to have more fresh fruits for example.
The pool area was a little dirty. It needs to be cleaned daily.
The staff were friendly.
Overall, it was overpriced for what it was. I would stay again, but not at the same rate.
