As a black diamond VIP of Ctrip, I strongly recommend that you do not stay in Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, but go directly to Aitutaki. I don't know how this hotel was rated as an SLH member. The hotel is very small, there is no spa, there is only one restaurant besides the guest rooms, the room service menu is exactly the same as the restaurant menu, you will get tired of it after a few days, the room facilities look like domestic express hotels, the hotel sheets look dirty and black, and very damp, the female waitresses in the restaurant look very unfriendly, because we want some tissues when we eat seafood shelling, their attitude is really bad, they said they don't provide tissues, there are cloth napkins on the table, the room service waiter had a very long face, and kept staring at me, what does it mean? The funniest thing is that because we think the hotel's towels are dirty, we only used the towels we brought the whole time, after checking out, it seems that the towels in the room can't be found, so they came to ask us, the attitude here is very good, I said I didn't see it, after leaving, I found that they actually tore a hole in the luggage bag that I left at the concierge, I tip $10 every day, do you suspect that the guests took your torn towels? This is ridiculous, and we have a flight in the afternoon. We were told to check out at 10am and we couldn't delay. This was the first time I encountered this. There was no air conditioning in the lobby and we had to wait. The hotel staff went into their offices to use the air conditioning. We were not even offered a glass of water. After check-out, no one cared about us. I was speechless. I urge everyone not to stay at this hotel. It was a very bad experience.

The resort is good. It is a popular one in the local area. It is quite expensive at 3k per night. The price-performance ratio is average. Although it has the best beaches and lagoons on the main island, it is still incomparable with the outlying islands. It is good to stay for one night and experience it. OK.

Dear friends, We stayed 2 days at this wonderful resort. We were warmly welcomed with 2 refreshing coconuts waiting at our bungalow. The property looks like a little paradise and very clean. Our Bungalow was perfect with air condition as well as with a ceiling fan. Internet 10/10! Outdoor shower as well as indoor. A little kitchen countertop with coffee & selection of tea’s, and a fridge. 2 umbrellas ☔️ & 2 sun loungers and a little garden just for us. The staff are fantastic - so helpful - did let me charge my phone as my cable got broken. Met with the very kind Managing Director Mr. Greg he guided us to restaurants and cafes this was a huge help to us. He is very nice - thanks to him we are really well. The breakfast is complementary “Continental “ - it was perfect! Selection of freshly cut fruits Freshly baked - still hot cupcakes, granola, choices of yogurt, toast, butter, marmalade, juices coffee or tea. This place gets a 10/10 The beach right in front with the pool looking over the sea Free parking at the hotel too. Perfect place to stay

We travelled around the island and can say for sure that Little Poly stands out. It's located on the best side of the island in terms of views - turquoise lagoon and white powdery sand greets you any time of day, regardless of the tide. The views are picture perfect like straight out of a brochure. The staff are the best, so friendly and greet you by name...love the personal touch! The tropical brekkie was healthy and sufficient. What we loved most was the staff going over and beyond in terms of keeping things flexible. There's always a gap between check-out at one place and check-in at another and/or with flights schedules. Little Poly did more then they needed to in terms of making us comfortable during those gaps, holding our bags, providing access to the room when ready instead of strictly waiting for check-in times (another place made us wait strictly until check-in when the room was clearly ready, I don't see the logic in that). The pool was amazing. They provide complimentary snorkeling gear, reef shoes, kayaks and SUPs and filtered water. We loved our stay so much that we are already planning a group trip in the near future.

My husband and I stayed here at the Little Polynesian Resort, adults only haven. It is superb for a romantic getaway. The food is so freaking and delicious, cooked by a talented chef using the local ingredients. Tasty and always delicious. The service and staff are attentive, approachable and friendly. Nothing is a problem and they are very caring. Breakfast is continental including in your stay. A varied breakfast each day. Starting with a small quiche or muffin, served with fruit platter then cereal, yoghurts, toasts. Juices, coffee (no.1 for me)! Hot drinks and cold varieties. Eg. milkshakes etc. Lunch and Dinner Menu, prices range from $25 NZD TO $35 NZD. We had the Seaview villa, loved the beachfront view and sound of the waves each night. So peaceful and relaxing. The villa has an outdoor private shower for use after each swim. Such a wonderful idea. The room is spacious and homely feeling. Aircon is amazing and keeps you cool when humid. A supermarket 5 mins down the road by foot is great for odds and ends. Also alcohol for those blaming nights out on your verandah, watching the sunset. There are also two e-bikes for hire from reception. The most relaxing and tranquil place you could ask for. Definitely recommend this resort. Cook Islands is the most spectacular place.

Fabulous! The rooms are large, bright and clean. The large deck looks straight onto the water. The resort grounds are small but very clean. The restaurant is amazing but small so you need to book. We didn’t swim in the pool but it is right beside the restaurant which I found a little awkward. We walked to the local gardens with a cafe and Charlie’s diner for drinks. We hired a car for a day to drive around the island, to the markets and stopped at the Pacific Hotel for drinks. The staff were extremely friendly and had outstanding service. We left on an early flight before the restaurant opened but we were given some breakfast and milk for coffee the night before so we could eat in our room before we left.

Beautiful setting - like a postcard with view over the pool, palm trees and golden sand, excellent food and a great selection and generous portions too. We came for a friends significant birthday and it was fab. Friendly staff and good value - definitely recommend
