RISONARE Kohamajima

The superior room on the second floor facing the sea had a nice view and was spacious enough. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also delicious. However, the menu doesn't seem to change much, so if you are staying for multiple nights, it may be a good idea to make a reservation in advance for dinner at an izakaya on the island. The facilities are a good size, and you can get around by scooter or on foot. The pool closes early at 5pm, so it would be nice if we could spend a little more time at the pool even in March. The staff are mostly young, but they are very accommodating, and they welcome and see you off properly, so I had a pleasant stay. I was wondering whether to stay at this hotel or the other one, but I'm glad I chose the RISONARE. I'd like to go again.

It was the worst place I've ever stayed at, including business hotels. It's my fault for trusting them so much, but if you're thinking of staying at a hotel in the future, please take this into consideration. 1. They forgot to prepare my loungewear. I looked in the drawers in my room, on the bed, and was exhausted. I called the front desk and they brought it to my room. 2. I wanted to participate in the island tour activity that was listed on the RISONARE Kohamajima website as accepting same-day reservations, so I told the woman at the front desk at 8am on the day, but she replied, "Reservations are accepted until 5pm the day before." Later, when I looked up the RISONARE Kohamajima website in my room, it said that same-day reservations were accepted. I contacted the front desk and a male staff member kindly helped me, and I was able to participate. 3. I paid for the island tour activity when I checked out, but no exchange voucher was distributed or explained to me. There were some things I overlooked on the website and didn't ask about, but the website said to meet at the front desk, and I was worried that no one had come to pick me up even after the time had passed. I asked a female staff member at the front desk, and another staff member immediately drove me to the port and I was able to participate safely. The staff member who took me to the port also gave me an activity voucher. It seems that they had forgotten. A voucher had also been delivered to the person who had applied for the same plan and was on the bus with me. That person also said that, now that I think about it, he had only paid at checkout and hadn't received the voucher, and there was no explanation. It was a very fun and good island tour course, but the accommodation's response was disappointing. Even though the activity was listed on the RISONARE Kohamajima website, the staff member didn't know about it, which was very dangerous. 4. I forgot my luggage on the shuttle bus to the port on the way back. I realized it at Kohama Port and told the shuttle bus staff, and the staff member came by car to bring it to me, and I made it in time for the boat to depart. I was worried because there were only 20 minutes left until the boat departed after we arrived at the port. I trusted the staff at the inn, but when I checked in my luggage, I told them my name verbally, and they managed the luggage and tags in a place where the guests could not see, so it was dangerous. They loaded the luggage marked 1/3 and 2/3 of the 3 packages, but they forgot the 3/3 of the luggage (carry-on bag). (Photo included) Moreover, it said that 1/3 and 2/3 were for the 11:10 bus, and 3/3 was for the 15:10 bus. The person who checked the luggage at the front desk and the person who carried the luggage were different people, so it's unfortunate to think that even if a different staff member had checked it, they might have overlooked it. Since it was Kohama Island, I made it in time, but when I was on Iriomote Island, the closest port to the inn, Uehara Port, was closed, and there was a shuttle bus to Ohara Port, so if I had forgotten to put my luggage in, I would have missed the boat, so it was dangerous. There were also good things about it, such as being able to watch the stars in a hammock, watching the sunrise while stretching on the beach, and relaxing at a cafe while looking at the sea. Although it will likely become harder to make reservations in the future, I was able to discover a delicious Italian restaurant (Te Te) that I would like to visit again (it has a shuttle service and is non-smoking, so it seems like it would be suitable for groups of children or the elderly), and the breakfast at the inn was also delicious, so there were other good points. I would like to go back to Kohamajima again, so next time I go I am thinking of staying at a different inn than the RISONARE Kohamajima. I didn't think it would be wise to post this, so I sent an email to Hoshino Resorts headquarters to let them know what had happened, but two days have passed and I have not heard back.

The cottages are arranged around a lagoon pool and pond, but I didn't have to worry about not having a cart to get to the restaurant/front desk, and it wasn't a pain to walk. The room is spacious and perfect for three adults. This time we had dinner at a restaurant and a beach barbecue, and the buffet at the restaurant had a wide variety of choices, and the Gurukun tempura was especially delicious. Also, at the beach barbecue, we enjoyed the sea breeze and the feeling of the evening sun descending as we drank some of Orion's specialty beer mugs.It was delicious and the conversation was lively, and the whole family was happy. There's a roof so I think it's okay as long as the weather isn't rough. Also, I went on a snorkeling tour this time, and it was easy because all you needed was a swimsuit and they would lend you everything you needed.It was great to see Nemo and rare branch corals. Please note that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the point by small boat, so if you are worried, it may be a good idea to bring motion sickness pills. This time, I rented an electric bicycle for a 4-hour course, which was enough to get around the island. Unfortunately, we didn't see any white peacocks, but we did see a number of regular peacocks.

It may have been because it was March and we couldn't go to the sea or pool yet, but it's not that expensive and yet they provide such a great service! It was such a wonderful service that I was humbled. We stayed for one night with 2 adults and 2 children. The room was very spacious, stylish, and clean, and the children were very happy. Dinner and breakfast buffet included, and although there weren't many items, all of the dishes were delicious. I really liked the fact that what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is that it provides a lot of nice services that make your stay a little more enjoyable. At the front desk, you could make bath salts for free, you could borrow resort dresses for free, and you could eat all-you-can-eat popsicles. We also rent kickboards for free, allowing you to comfortably travel to the beach about 1km away. The good thing is that they also have items for children. I was very surprised that all the drinks in the refrigerator in the room, including beer and wine, were included in the price. Also, since it was my child's graduation plan, we dressed up as a cook and had a cooking experience, and at dinner we even had a celebratory dessert plate served. The staff was very kind and I was grateful that they took family photos even though I didn't ask them to. It's not often that I get a chance to take a photo with the whole family. Anyway, the hotel was full of ideas to make the hotel more enjoyable. It was such a good stay that I thought it might be the best hotel of my life.

３７年前にハイムルブシに来て、全てに満足だったので、再度小浜島に訪れた。星野リゾートリゾナーレが新規に出来たと聞いたので、ハイムルブシと迷ったが価格も高かったので、星野リゾートにした。 部屋も広く、雰囲気は最高だが、プライベートビーチが遠かったり、ロビーが貧弱だったりで、おもてなしで面目をなんとか保っている感じ。 特に、夕食は貧弱で器も給食の様で大変ガッカリした。このバイキングで五千円／人は倍付な感じである。 あまりの貧弱に大変、驚いた。

・8月上旬に、家族３人（夫婦+娘成人）で伺いました。 ・２時過ぎにホテルに到着。３時までビーチカフェでピザを食べて待ちました。ピザじゃ４種類ほどありましたが、翌日にいただいたものも含め、カクテルも美味しかったです。 ・初日の夕飯は、🍴オーリオーリで。ビュフェとしてはかなりおいしいと思いまっした。ライブキッチンのグルクンのから揚げが特に美味しかった。メイン料理はまあまあ。美味しかったけど、連泊する場合でもここの夕飯は１回でいいかな。 ・２日目の夕飯はティンガーナイトディナーを予約していました。カートでビーチまで運んでもらい、ランタンを灯してオールオーリのお料理をいただきました。だんだん日が暮れてくる中での食事はかなり良かったです。 ・３日目の夕飯は島内の居酒屋ゆうなを予約しました。ハイシーズンは早めの予約が必要なかんじです。ホテルまで送迎してくれます。２時間限定。３人で15,000円ぐらいでした。 ・朝食は３日ともオーリオーリです。発砲白ワインがあってあがりました。評判の黒糖フレンチトーストはやはり美味しかったです。 ・1日目2日目のランチは、ビーチカフェでしたが、３日目はおなかもあまりすいていなかったので、フロント横の売店にあったカップ麺を買ってお部屋で食べました。 ・３晩ともよく晴れて、星がとてもたくさん見られました。流れ星もたびたび見ました。 ・ハイシーズンだからか、昼間はフロント棟とビーチを往復するシャトルバスがあり、20分おきに出発していて便利でした。朝晩はカートで送迎してくれます。フロントからビーチまでゆっくり歩くと12-15分ぐらいです。 ・敷地内で使える電動キックボードはとても楽しかったです。12歳以下は普通の電動でないキックボードです。娘は乗り回して楽しんでいました。 ・フレッシュエアストレッチという早朝のアクティビティは特におすすめです。太陽が様々に表情を変えながらのぼってくる様子は感動しました。 ・絶景海上ビアガーデンは、混んでいるかと思ったらガラガラでした。暑くてちょっと遠慮してしまうかんじ。 ・レンタルリゾートドレスがフロントにあります。女子にはいい企画だと思いました。娘は３着も着まわしていました。 ・冷蔵庫のジャーのお水を補給するのにフロントなどに行かないとならないのが大変との声がありますが、水道のお水は西表島から運ばれていて、飲めるそうです。
