My booking is a family room, the hotel will come to empty the rubbish bin but not cleaning up the bed and Japanese mattress. The hotel
Location is perfect, right next to the JR station and a very famous beef restaurant.
I like the room with washing machine.
Will consider to stay again.

Throughout the 9-day trip to Nagoya, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed.
Pros👍
🇯🇵The hotel is located right next to the Takayama JR station which is very convenient for luggage drop-off.
🇯🇵The interior design and environment is very nice.
🇯🇵 Love the hot springs (also include one for foot!) and the night view on rooftop even though it was raining.
🇯🇵The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They speak English well.
🇯🇵The room size is bigger than expected, with a small table and two chairs. The room provides a great street view too!

Most expensive but best hotel we stayed in for our 2 week vacation. Parking was on site and convenient. Great that there was a washer/dryer and microwave in the room. Room was big and clean. The hotel staff is professional and can communicate clearly in English. Other than the usual onsens available for use, there is a free foot baths and private Onsen facilities for booking.

The best hotel I stayed in my trip! Location is perfect, 3-5mins walk to jr, bus terminal, and the resto味藏天國.
The design is grand and classy, heat is sufficient. The outdoor onsen is not big but very very comfy.
Room is large, clean and comfy, the best thing is about the washing machine and microwave! Never seen any in the hotels I stayed. Got netflix and youtube on TV. Great great value.
I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel again!!
