The staff were so friendly and polite and helpful!!! They had a booklet with English for us, and as it was our first onsen experience, they patiently explained everything we needed to know and answered our questions. The outdoor onsen was beautiful and so peaceful. Food was also delicious and our one night stay was very enjoyable and the amount we paid is definitely worth it. Highly recommend :)

I highly recommend this lodge. The staff are incredibly friendly and try their best to accommodate our breakfast preferences. The private onsen is perfect for families, offering a relaxing and intimate experience. Overall great value and comfortable hotel. 2 private outdoor onsen available free of charge. Room also include a private onsen. Food is unique and tasty with hide beef.

A very nice place to stay! Staff are super nice and he came out to welcome us immediately once we got off the bus. The private Onsen is Amazing. The dinner and breakfast are both very yummy! There is nothing I can criticise. The place are very clean. Even the floor is totally dustless. I enjoy this place so much and highly recommend it.

The service and hygiene are quite satisfactory among Japanese-style hotels, and the environment and scenery are not very good in Oku-Hida, and there are no surprises.
