The environment is very good, and the service attitude and food are very satisfactory.

I didn’t book the main hotel, but the annex is pretty good, but the room is a bit small, but it’s very close to the attractions and convenient for travel. The two meals are pretty good.

It was definitely the best accommodation I've ever been to!! It's close by walking distance from Takayama Station (they also provide pick-up service if you go before 10 o'clock), and the inside of the accommodation can be this big and clean. And the service was really the best. It was my first time trying kaiseki cuisine and I loved it. This accommodation is full of great things, so I highly recommend it to travelers visiting Takayama! I was a little worried because there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry.. It looks like a truly memorable accommodation😖🧡

The hotel service was very fine. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel restaurant was very good the Japanese style breakfast was excellent. The room is a bit small but it was clean and convenient to upstairs hot spring. Location is good. Hotel shuttle bus made our stay much easier. Thanks to all the hard work.

Staff were super nice and friendly, the hospitality were amazing. Food and room were nice. Onsen for men were comfortable but somehow there were bleach smell from the outdoor onsen pool.

Amazing stay. Service is excellent, especially the shuttle service between the hotel and the train station. The staff are so obliging. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the old town and most restaurants/cafes and shops.

Because I want to visit the market and eat Hida beef, I didn't book breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I don't know how good the quality is. The hot springs are very average and very small. The men's hot spring has an outdoor hot spring pool, but the women's hot spring does not. There weren't many customers, and I didn't meet any other guests when I went to the hot springs twice.

The location is very good. It's about ten minutes away from the JR station. The old street is isolated.

The staff greeted us at entrance, took care of luggage and asked for dining times. Guided us to our room and explained. We had dinner at hotel and it was delicious. The stay was excellent. Highly recommended👍
