The foods are delicious. The view is really good. People are nice.

The ryokan is amazing: Big, with onsen divided for men and woman, pribate bath to be with your coupple (previous reservation without extra cost), big living room with fireplace, delicious and abudant breakfast... There is a free shuttle as well. The staff fron the ryokan is super helpfull and kind. The expirience is to make you feel even better than in your home.

It's located in Takayama, which although it seems like far from Nagano Station, but it's actually very easy to get there. Apart from beautiful place itself, the staffs were incredible lovely. They are so warm, gentle, polite and super helpful for everything! They really do go out of their way to help us with many things. even when it's us who screwed up. I really appreciate their help. It was also my birthday, so they surprised me with cake and card! The village where the hotel located is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, with lots of snow (End of Feb). The hotel lobby has big window to look at the forest. The rooms are big and comfortable as ryokan style. Food was AMAZING both breakfast and dinners. What we love the most is the private outdoor onsen where we can be together as a couple,. The view is stunning. It's so beautiful during winter and snow. No extra fee to use it, just reserve the time you wanna go in at the front office. I love it there and hope to be back again someday! Cannot thank them enough with their staffs service! แนะนำอย่างยิ่งค่ะ ราคาไม่ได้แพงมากถ้าเทียบกับที่อื่น สถานที่ดีมาก บริการดีมาก แต่แถวๆนั้นจะเงียบๆหน่อยนะคะ ถ้าอยากไปเที่ยวหิมะกับออนเซนท่ามกลางหิมะ โดยไม่ต้องเดินทางไกลจากโตเกียว แค่ประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมงโดยชินคันเซน แนะนำที่นี่ค่ะ แต่ออนเซนร้อนมากนะคะ ระวังนิดนึง

Very accomodating Picked it up from Nagano 45 miles away after we were touring till late at night. Highly recommended
