We stayed two nights in the hotel with breakfast and dinner. The web page of Trip.com showed that there was onsen in the hotel but when we check in, we were told that it was a "mistake". There is no onsen and the photo is a public onsen half an hours away. It was very disappoining that the Trip.com include photos irrelevant to the hotel. Dinner was also diffferent from the web photo. We have to pay 2500 yen each to upgrade the dinner to shsbu shabu. Breakfast is Japanese style with limited choice. Other than these, we had lake view room and shopping mall is nearby which are the advantages.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in front of the lake with breathtaking views. The room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel is very bike-friendly and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a short stay.
The Japanese breakfast was good, but it was a little on the boring side. It could benefit from a bit more variety to make it more interesting.

It is a friendly place. If you want to spend a leisurely holiday in Hakodate Mountain or Lake Biwa, it is a very recommended hotel. Making good use of the hotel's station/hotel/Hakodate Mountain shuttle service will make the trip very enjoyable. Comfortable~ There are discount tickets available at the snow season counter, don’t miss it

Except for the guests' leftovers in the refrigerator and the lack of a large public bath, the rest is good. There are several stores next to it, the one opposite has duty-free, and motorcycles can be parked outside the lobby.

I booked a twin room for two adults and one child, but due to some mistake, I was told that I was booked for a triple room when I checked in. The plan included breakfast for the children, but the only difference from the adult plan was whether the breakfast was cooked in a kettle or not. The breakfast selection was a little limited, so I wish there were more options for children. The amenities were at a minimum.
