The room is spacious, the toilet and bath as well. I could move around without bumping here and there. I felt comfortable enough with the mattress and I had a good sleep despite being in a hotel room. I would probably stay there again. I didn’t get to use much of the facilities as it was a very short stay. And I missed the breakfast. But I had a pleasant stay.

はっきり言います。こんな酷いホテルは他にはありません。禁煙で予約して、ホテルのチェクイン時に喫煙の部屋に案内されました。喫煙の部屋はダメです、追加の費用を支払うので禁煙にして欲しいとたのんでも「ダメです」といっこうに聞き入れてくれませんでした。喫煙の部屋なので、具合が悪くなってお願いしても受け入れて貰えないので、「ホテルから出ます」と伝えても知らんぷりでした。「これはクレームにします」と言ってもシカト。ホテルは必ず何かあると困るので、用意があるはずです。それがあるのに、お客さんが頼んでもしない。慌て他のホテルに行きどうにかなりましたが、危うく野宿になるところでした。このホテルの対応は許せません。評価はマイナス10点最低点です。
