GGuest UserI didn't connect with Rakuten's system, resulting in me not being able to complete check-in and get the password, and Rakuten only has a phone to contact, and there is no email method.
This is very unfriendly to foreign tourists. Fortunately, friends who live in Japan can help call Rakuten customer service and we can stay at the hotel.
But I didn't receive Rakuten's reservation number and password until I was refunded, and even when I wanted to check-out, I needed to contact customer service with the tablet in the house to get the reservation number before I could complete the formalities.
The hotel facilities are great, but because of the system, it made me a bad stay experience this time.
