Let's talk about the disadvantages: There is an older female employee at the hotel front desk with an extremely cold attitude. I am nearly 60 years old and it is my first time to use the machine to check in. She pretended not to see it and was unwilling to help. I asked if it could be done manually, but she refused sternly. In addition, I am a Toyoko member and could have enjoyed the right to check in one hour earlier, but she firmly refused and said that the room was not booked from their official website and could not enjoy the right to check in earlier. I hope Ctrip can communicate with the other party to improve their service awareness. This attitude is extremely rare in Japan!
