It is an old-fashioned hotel, but newly renovated in 2014. The hotel is located in the city center of Hyogocho location, downstairs is the shopping street, the airport bus directly to the hotel door, very convenient, if you want to take the airport bus to the airport, walk across the road. Food, shopping and entertainment are close nearby, about 15-20 minutes walk to Takamatsu JR Station and Takamatsu Harbor Pier, or you can take bus 16 to Takamatsu JR Station from downstairs. The hotel is clean and tidy, the front desk is on the second floor, the waiters are polite and friendly, the only drawback is that the pillow is too flat, toothpaste is a small packet, and you have to access it at the front desk, which is not very convenient. Overall, the CP value is high, I will choose this place again next time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Takamatsu, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of, making my stay in Takamatsu truly memorable. A highlight of my stay was their help in booking a rental car. They made the process seamless, overcoming any language barriers with their excellent English skills. Enjoyed this final stop on my Japanese trip. The location is close to some of the food streets, as well as the airport bus. It is a bit far from the station and water. It was a comfortable night there, with decent evening atmosphere. The amenities were good for what was required.

Got free upgrade to the room with bath tube The room size is larger than the normal Japanese hotel room with free snack at fridge. We didnt try the onsen at the top floor of the hotel, but did tried the ice cream which is for free. The twin bed is good in size and comfortable. It takes about 15-20 mins walk to Mitsukoshi, but pretty near the main shopping street. Nothing to complaint

Make sure you know which Dormy Inn you booked because there are 2 close together. The breakfast is very good and nice hotel.

Excellent location next to JR Takamatsu station and private electric train station. A short walk to ferry terminal which connects to nearby islands. Room is clean and all basic amenities are available.

Price is good. Location is great, just 5 mins by foot to JR Takamatsu and the train station Takamatsu-Chicco. Staff is helpful and nice too. However, the room is old and aging on the amenities. Dust is on the desk, on ceiling, and near the air-conditioner. Carpet looks not washed for quite some time. Fortunately the bed is comfortable and I feel hygiene on it. For someone who has high standard of hygiene, this hotel would not be an option for them.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms and good breakfast. Is a typical classic Japanese( western style )hotel with good service and polite staff. We could see that local people are using for business meetings and classy get together. A real pleasant stay !
