It is a Hotel with quite very small rooms, but very great service. From Check-in to breakfast the staff was always going the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. On the second floor there is a very nice, clean and well decorated Onsen with a huge relax room. Everything was very clean and the breakfast choice was really good. The location is very close to shops and restaurants and you can find a 24h Minimart right at the lobby area. Great price/performance ratio.

I stayed here on a business trip. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and I made an early reservation, so I was able to stay on the top floor (13th floor). There was a humidifier and everything was set up, but I didn't use the bathroom in the room, just used the large communal bath. It was conveniently available until 1:00am. The breakfast was substantial, with omelets and udon noodles cooked right in front of you, as well as a variety of breads and salads. It was good value for money, and the front desk had a great concierge service, so I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I stayed with my family. There is a parking lot next door, and the first floor is directly connected to a convenience store and a covered shopping street, so it was very convenient for going out around the area. There are many places to eat around. I chose this place because it had a large public bath. Also, it was great that you could use the massage chair as much as you wanted! There are also mangas available, making it the perfect place to relax after taking a bath. I never had a problem with the massage chairs being available (there were about 3 of them).

This was my third time staying here for work. This was my first time staying here after the renovations, and I was glad that the lobby, large public bath, breakfast area, etc. were very clean. There was also a relaxation room on the public bath floor with many massage chairs and it was free, so I used it several times. Breakfast was delicious with many items.

It was newly renovated in July, and I stayed there with a discount for prefecture residents. It was built with tourists from China and Korea in mind? It was a new wing, but the rooms were too compact and the building looked cheaply constructed. Hotels these days are becoming more eco-friendly and streamlined, but it would be nice if they at least provided mineral water. The sauna in the women's large communal bath was too compact and there was no cold bath, which was disappointing. Compared to other hotels, the breakfast was like a school lunch.
