Good environment and decent location which is near Ritsurin Garden and the Train Station. One thing to complain is about the air con, some strange noise came from the air con usually at midnight, and it is distracting me.

I'm very satisfied with this twin room for 8,000 yen even though it's the end of the year. The building is old, but there are no problems with the facilities or cleanliness. The front desk is small, but the service is polite. Supermarkets and family restaurants are within walking distance. There are not many izakayas. If you want to enjoy the night, it's best to take the city tram towards the station. The parking lot was located right under the hotel. I recommend this hotel to those who don't mind being away from the city center.

Access to the station is not bad, and it is located in a quiet alley.
I've used the same company in other areas, but I think it's good value for money for cheap weekdays.

아 정말 기대도 안했는데 너무 좋습니다.
이 가격에 이정도 호텔은 드물죠...
덕분에 너무 잘 보냈습니다.
호텔 직원분들 너무너무 친절하고. 호텔이 오래된 호텔이지만 청소상태 극상입니다.
시설 관리도 너무 잘되어 있고 공조기도 좋습니다.
위치도 좋고 동네가 조용합니다.
할로우즈 라는 슈퍼가 근처여서 편리하고요...
너무 좋은 호텔입니다.
다만 싱글룸 기준 룸이 작긴하고요..
와이파이가 다소 늦긴 합니다.
참고로 공기 청정기 성능이 아주 좋아요. 가습기도 있고...
외관만 오래되었지만 상당히 많은 것을 갖춘 호텔입니다.
