Hostel JAQ takamatsu

The sanitary conditions are really bad. If I hadn't stayed in Takamatsu for a very long time and the room prices were so high during the summer vacation, there would be no need to book this hotel to save money... The details of poor hygiene are as follows: 1️⃣There are boogers with nose hairs on the wall 2️⃣The air outlet of the wall-mounted air conditioner above the bed has almost been blocked by various yellow, green and black molds 3️⃣The pillow smells like someone who hasn’t showered in months 4️⃣It’s no surprise that dust is everywhere The public areas of the hotel are okay, and the chef's skills are also good. I had dinner and breakfast cooked by the chef in the hotel's private kitchen, which were quite delicious. By the way, the double room with private bathroom has JR right outside the window, so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.

It was nice to be able to experience a traditional Japanese tatami room at a low price. However, the train tracks are right in front, so it can be noisy during the train travel time. Other than that, it's really good value for money.

The hotel is not located in the center of Takamatsu, and you need to take one or two subway stations to get there. The owner of the hotel is very enthusiastic and will play music to accompany the guests. The udon that comes with breakfast is 10 points delicious.

The day of my stay was extremely hot, and it was hot even at night, so I was tired from going out, but when I entered my room, the air conditioner was on, so it was cool and comfortable. I was impressed by the small details! The room was spacious and very clean. The Sanuki udon noodles for breakfast were also delicious. Thank you very much.
