A Delightful Stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu I recently had the pleasure of staying at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel, conveniently located next to Takamatsu Station and offering breathtaking views of the Seto Inland Sea, combines comfort, luxury, and exceptional service in a way that makes it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel’s elegant exterior and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, handled by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Their ability to converse in multiple languages was a notable plus, especially for international visitors like myself. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, well-appointed, and featuring a contemporary design, it provided a perfect blend of functionality and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of the room was the panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea, which was especially stunning at sunrise and sunset. I had the opportunity to dine at several of the on-site restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet at “The Dining” offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious. The sushi at “Seto,” the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, was some of the best I’ve ever had, prepared with the freshest ingredients and utmost care. The staff at the restaurants were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. One of the standout features of JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu is its array of facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, allowing guests to keep up with their workout routines. I also took advantage of the hotel’s spa services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The massage I received was one of the best I’ve experienced, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Additionally, the hotel’s rooftop bar offers a spectacular view of the city and the sea, making it an ideal spot to unwind in the evening. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Being adjacent to Takamatsu Station, it provides easy access to local transportation, making it convenient to explore the city and its surroundings. The nearby Ritsurin Garden, one of Japan’s most famous historical gardens, is a must-visit, and the hotel’s proximity to the ferry terminal makes it easy to take a day trip to the nearby islands of the Seto Inland Sea. Location: Excellently situated adjacent to a shopping arcade, with convenience stores conveniently nearby. Service: The reception staff are accommodating and helpful. Tidiness: The room was maintained in a clean condition. Accessibility: The hotel’s location ensures easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the surrounding area.

This was my fourth stay at the JR Clement, and I keep going back because it's always a good experience staying there! This time I booked a more spacious room, the deluxe double, which had a great view across the city to the mountains from both the bedroom and the bathroom, with the sea and cute island of Ozuchishima visible to the right. In the past, I've had lovely views of the port and castle from smaller rooms. I think all the rooms have views of some sort. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a larger space with a bigger desk, plus a small table and easy chairs by the window. There was a generous daily allocation of toiletries (in packets rather than bottles which was good) - loved the lavender bubble bath, and the Olive Energy products were excellent. The hotel provides a daily newspaper as well. The staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I didn't eat in the restaurants (I think there are three), but don't miss the delicious cakes and pastries from the in-house bakery! The location is perfect, at Takamatsu Port two minutes from the JR Station, and across the road from Takamatsu Castle/Tamamo Park and Takamatsu-chikko Station. There is also a busy bus hub (including for airport buses) and taxi rank. Many shops and eateries close by. It's lovely to walk by the sea without having to travel to do it. Great sunsets! From the port you can catch ferries or fast boats to Naoshima, the other the art islands and Shodoshima. It's about a 2km walk to my favourite garden, Ritsurin Koen, or you can catch a train from Takamatsu-chikko. Already re-booked for this year!

This is a typical Japanese hotel, rather small rooms, but clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, and we had access to the lounge where we had breakfast each day and drinks and snacks in the evening. There was a choice of American or Japanese breakfast cooked to order, as well as juice, tea or coffee and a small selection of fruit, cereal and pastries. The room had no air conditioning, only heating when we were there in April so became very stuffy at night. We could open the window but there was a lot of noise from the street, traffic lights, level crossing, general traffic noise, especially at the weekend. We had to use the loop bus from the station with our luggage as it is a good 20 minute walk. The ferry pier and Ritsurin garden are about the same distance. On the way back to the station we got a taxi. However, it is very close to the 2 main shopping arcades and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

Good place. Beautiful and modern it's fun to have a lot of tsurumoto. Good receptionist Improvement point The distance between the locker and the bedroom is close, and the sound is echoed The sound of closing the curtains is quite echoing. It was written as a free deposit of the baggage, but it was not deposited before check-in. You should write. Many hotels will leave before check-in, so when I went to the hotel, I saw ”I didn't leave check-in” on the paper. It's amazing. The improvement was color 々, but I was satisfied because it was very comfortable for me to stay!

It feels like a more general place to stay. Of course, the price is similar to the middle and lower price of . The boss is still polite. There is a simple rest equipment, no TV, there is a Co***n area to eat,  There are Japanese comics I can see, there are different restaurants and convenience stores nearby, The traffic is quite convenient.  Especially remember the lights and fans in the room.                     

Let's go to Udon prefecture! The Japanese-style room was good. I made it with two meals. However, the steak is very hard and cannot be eaten. Other than that, I recommend it. Mini hot pot, of course, with udon noodles, freshly fried tempura, assorted sashimi, and dessert. Breakfast was also delicious. The miso soup in particular was excellent, and I had to ask for more. The hot spring is also 40 degrees Celsius, so it is difficult to cool down after bathing. There is free Wi-Fi.

The residential building is separated from the interior of the room. There is also a small bar inside. Similar to the bar and the front desk of the room, the door is opened, and the first floor and second floor of the room are available. Service: The boss is a young man who communicates very well in Japanese and English, and communication is barrier-free

A hotel recommended by the owner of Gaosong B&B, the price is affordable and the hotel is very clean! We each stayed in a single room, and it was not crowded to live alone. In the morning, you can add money for breakfast, breakfast is very simple, a bowl of rice, a piece of fish, seaweed, soup

This is a fairly large hotel in Shionoe Onsen. Stayed in the pet room on the first floor. Dogs are not allowed to walk outside the room, but there are plenty of pet supplies in the room. The guest room is a Japanese-Western style room with about 6 tatami mats and 2 beds. It was spacious enough. The food was pretty good for the price. It looked beautiful and I was satisfied with the quality. Soft drinks were free and paper cups were placed for takeout to the guest room. Above all, the staff was kind and fun, and I had a fun meal. Breakfast is buffet style. The number of items is also abundant. I had a great time at the inn in the mountains.
