The Japanese staff are very nice! They deserve higher salary. Each of them are helpful. I need to report my car accident. They borrowed me phone for free.
The hotel looks old. But people in this hotel is like a sunshine.

Quite a nice hotel with a gamily mart downstairs. Good for those who drive. For those who came by public transport, it is quite a walk to the bus station and gorge area.

FamilyMart easy to access from hotel lift. Not very updated room, but it fits the bill. Sufficient free car park even when check-in at 8pm on a weekday.

The laundry and dryer machines can be improved. Waited for more than 2hrs to complete the laundry for the day. Breakfast was amazing! Location is perfect for visits around the area; all within 20min drive.

The receptionist is very friendly.
Room space is large. We can fully open two pieces of baggage.
And we also like the lobby decoration with local culture.
