What I want to write to inform so that Trip customers do not have to experience what I experienced on New Year's Eve 2024 is:
1. The room rate that was booked with Trip about 3 months in advance is more expensive. Contact the hotel directly for the same room.
2. Breakfast has only bread and coffee.
3. When booking, I wrote that I wanted a room with a good view, but I got a room on the ground floor, next to the hotel's laundry room. The window opened to find a towel rail and a foot towel hanging out.
4. I will tell and recommend everyone I know that if you stay at this hotel, you should buy the service at the hotel or book directly. You should not book through Trip. You will get good service, a room with a good view, and the accommodation fee will be cheaper than booking through Trip by no less than 300 baht. And if you can't book another hotel in Tak Province, go stay in another province, away from this hotel.

Excellent room, very modern and comfortable with its TV and refrigerator.. Excellent and very comfortable mattress..... There is breakfast... toast, butter, jam and instant coffee. I would return to this great hotel without thinking twice. The only constructive criticism is... That it lacks a charging plug near the bed.
