A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

The hotel is newer and has complete facilities. It was a very comfortable stay. The attendants in the laundry room can also do laundry and drying for free, a thumbs up! The breakfast is also very rich. I will stay here again next time I go to Jiangyan!

Excellent location just steps from Wanda Plaza. Checkin staff happily addressed me in English, very professional and smart. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

The young lady at the front desk smiles very sweetly. Every time I pass by the front desk, I will greet warmly. The aunty cleans carefully, the windows are big, and the internet speed is fast. This time I was ”lucky”. For the first time since I stayed in a hotel, the air conditioner in the hotel could not be turned on to cool down, but could only be used for ventilation. As a result, I was too hot to sleep in the middle of the night and my pillow was wet. In the middle of the night, I asked customer service to send me a fan, and I managed to fall asleep.

The room is large, although not new facilities, but well maintained, living very comfortable. Hygienic: clean, very assured. Service: Very thoughtful, patiently answer questions, forget things to help mail immediately, delivery speed is very fast. The morning tea on the first floor was very lively, and I had a dinner. No carpet on the floor means it is cold in the winter. Also the AC is not very easy to control, the room warms up well but needed to keep the AC on high. The hardware of the hotel is very new. The car park was very convenient and the location is great, right in downtown. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot our shoes on checking out and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving which was really helpful and thoughtful! This is a great value hotel for a downtown stay!

The hotel selected for temporary travel exceeded expectations, five-star service standards, good environment, the door is a big chandelier, the room is clean, especially like the light on the large balcony directly in, plus the wallpaper color feels very warm, the balcony viewing brings afternoon tea beautiful sun. In the evening, I had a buffet with friends. The dishes were rich and the taste was unique. The crab paste was so fat. There was a barbecue nearby. It was convenient for supper.
