The staff are very nice and always polite and friendly. Upon check-in we are provided with a 8 F room facing another side of the main street. Which is quieter. The room is bright, clean and spacious. Japanese toilet and bath tub. Loved it!!! They offer free laundry services which saved us big time - Very responsive and timely. We were advised to put clothes in the laundry bag and hang outside the door handle after 8am. They picked up and delivered the same day! They offered us complementary fruits each day and a small mooncake during the mid autumn festival. Free bottled water and even a free package of snacks and chocolate before we checked out!!! I highly recommend it if you stay in Taizhou City.

Great hotel with a good location. Nice breakfasts and we liked the swimming pool. The staff at the reception wasn't very friendly though. When we came up, nobody greeted us and when we asked how to get to certain places in the city, like a food street or Dachen island which a popular local sightseeing, they just said ”we don't know”. Sorry, but this is something you have to know even if you are not local.

This hotel hidden in the downtown area is great. The facilities, sanitation and service are all great. There is also a gym and laundry room. It is surrounded by green plants everywhere. It is a rural designer hotel, quiet and smart. The projector is a XGIMI, so you can watch TV series in the room. The room is fully smart. It is really worth recommending

Finally, there is a place to park in it, which is very dissatisfied! 2⃣️ When booking a room, I used points to change the room type upgrade, and the order was in the state where the room type upgrade was confirmed. The front desk said that there was no room and it was not upgraded. Then the room on the platform was upgraded to a level. Finally, the customer service helped to deal with it. The front desk service attitude on duty at night was very poor!

Not enough to eat, too cute, come to Taizhou again, the room facilities are very smart, small and small sensitivity is very high, the only point of the complaint is the TV set-top box, very card and all VIP programs, I want to know who will come to the hotel's TV to open VIP on business trips, Mobile set-top box is a bit stretched, others are very good!

The location and price are both good and convenient. Hygiene is also clean. There is breakfast, which includes coffee, noodles, and small wontons, which is pretty good for the price. The lights in the elevator room and corridor on the floor where I lived were broken at night. After calling to report the problem, it was not repaired until I checked out the next day. It was very dark. Parking is very convenient, right at the back door of the hotel.

The housekeeper Xiao Chen's service is very good and enthusiastic, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the cost performance is very high. The thoughtful service of the employees makes people feel warm. I will choose here again when I come to Taizhou next time.
