It was a particularly good stay. First of all, the room was clean and tidy. Secondly, when I ordered takeout, a small robot delivered it to me so I didn’t have to go down to get it. Finally, I really liked the fish soup wontons for breakfast. Huazhu is a trustworthy brand. I didn't take many photos. Anyway, I was quite comfortable during the two days I stayed here.

The service is poor. As an old user of Huazhu, I want to extend my stay. Due to the price increase of the hotel, it exceeds the standard by 20. The phone keeps ringing after 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The robot talks to itself about delivering things to you. It hangs up and still calls. I have no choice but to pick up the phone. There is also the person taking a shower. The slippery floor doesn't even have a mat. I was on tenterhooks the whole time I took a shower.

The bed was unclean and I was allergic to it. I had hives all over my body, which I have never had except in my childhood. The curtains smelled like mite dust.

辦理入住被告知衹能住首尾房，要麼花錢升級，不能免費升級，有點強迫升級的意味，否則就衹能住首尾房，雖然衹要付49元，金額不高，但是心裏還是很不舒服，體驗感太差，同行的另一房間洗浴用品都是缺失的，叫了才送到房間，服務意識不行，建議加強前台人員的管理，改變對客户冷漠的態度。
