New Century Hotel Taizhou

This time when I went to Taizhou, I wanted to stay at Kaiyuan Hotel (I haven't stayed there for several years as other major hotels have risen). When I arrived at the hotel, I encountered a small problem, which was quickly solved by the front desk customer service. I am very grateful for their professionalism and enthusiasm. Although the hotel's hardware is a bit old, everything else is not inferior. I hope Kaiyuan will get better and better!

The not-so-new business hotel gave me a pleasant surprise. The sisters at the front desk, as the face of the hotel, gave the guests a great first impression. They didn't greet guests stiffly, but chatted with them attentively to bring them closer. They were also very considerate and thoughtful. There were also May Day games on the second day of check-in, and the children had a happy stay. As a business hotel, Kaiyuan is very thoughtful! There was also sweet soup delivered to the guest room in the evening, which was so happy~ Other room services were also very fast The security uncle at the door was also very enthusiastic and down-to-earth, and he was as kind as the uncle next door. The breakfast was also good, and local specialties were also provided on holidays~

The room is very comfortable, the environment is beautiful, and the hotel has convenient transportation, not far from RT-Mart. The hotel has a swimming pool. We arrived late and came back after not swimming for a while. Parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The hotel staff have a very good service attitude and always say hello when meeting.

I have stayed in many five-star hotels at home and abroad, but this Kaiyuan Hotel in Taizhou is very impressive. The front desk, housekeeping depar**ent, door security, swimming pool reception, and even the swimming instructor are all very enthusiastic and considerate in providing services and help, which makes people feel Great value for money, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Taizhou.

The room is a bit old, but the overall service is very good. The check-in is efficient. A sweet soup is delivered in the evening. Children's slippers and toothbrushes are delivered very quickly. The swimming pool is not cleared until 9:30 pm. It's a very comfortable stay. I will stay again.
