It was a really bad stay experience. Facilities: The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all. I felt stuffy right after I checked in. At first I thought it was because of the sun and the air conditioning, but when I came back at night I found that there was no improvement at all. I was still very hot after lying down and couldn't fall asleep. I couldn't stand it any longer at around 2 o'clock, so I called the front desk to ask if they could send a technician to repair it. I also asked if it was only this room that was stuffy or if it was a common problem. The answer was that some customers did also complain about the stuffiness and it was suggested that they help me change the room. However, the air conditioner in the new room still does not work. When it is turned on, it only blows air but does not cool. The hotel staff who assisted in guiding us said that it would be useless to turn on the air conditioner because the hotel's central air conditioner had not yet turned on the cooling function. Since it was futile to keep changing rooms, I stayed in the new room until morning. I opened the window to get some natural breeze, but there was no screen on the window, and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night. It was very hot and stuffy even with the windows closed, and I felt really desperate the whole night. Hygiene: Very clean, not much dust. Transportation: It is far from the city. If it weren't for the fact that there are no rooms available in the city, I would definitely not consider staying here. It is also difficult to get a taxi because there are mountains and lakes surrounding the area and the transport capacity is insufficient. The best way to get there is by driving. Environment: There is still a strong smell of decoration in the hotel corridor, but there is an air purifier in the room, so the smell in the room is not as strong as the corridor. Service: The service is normal. The receptionists and room changers are very kind and have tried their best to help solve the problem within their ability. Question: The biggest bug is that due to the Phoenix Legend Taizhou concert, the entire hotel was fully booked, but even in such a full house, the central air-conditioning was not turned on for cooling. I don’t understand why the hotel made such a decision. Is it to save electricity or for other considerations?

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Taizhou and has a great environment. Advantages: The first is that the waiters are very enthusiastic and will say hello when they see you. The service was good too. The hardware facilities are good. It's a new hotel with a big swimming pool. Unfortunately, we came here for fun and didn't have the energy to swim after a day of walking around Taizhou. If you come here for vacation, it would be a pity to bring a swimsuit👙. You can take your children to play for a day inside the hotel. There is a swimming pool and a small beach. The breakfast is also remarkable. In addition to the common types in five-star hotels, it also has basic local snacks, and the taste is also very good. The disadvantage is that it is far from the city, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, and it is not suitable for self-driving tours. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Be sure not to open the windows.

I was deeply impressed by the accommodation experience at Feilong Villa Hotel. NA Jiaojiao provided thoughtful service and helped us take our luggage to the room. The hotel has complete supporting facilities, including leisure, dining and entertainment. The facilities in the room are great, the TV can cast screens, the internet speed is fast, and there are many movies to watch. In short, this stay experience made me feel warm, and the hotel's facilities and services were great.

I went there during the Spring Festival, and to be honest, it was beyond my expectations! The hotel is right next to Feilong Lake and has a large private space and outdoor swimming pool. The service staff was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. The house was clean and the toiletries were good. The buffet has a lot of variety, and we played pool, billiards and table tennis. It's a bit regrettable that some guests have poor quality and litter in the garden without cleaning it up in time, which is a bit eye-catching. All in all, highly recommended!

The room is quiet and comfortable, with good sound insulation, so you can sleep without worries. This hotel was chosen for its unique charm. Thoughtful and considerate, elevator card swiping is safe and convenient.
