Environment: The environment is good and worth recommending. It is also nice to take pictures. The location is good.
Service: We were picked up at the pier and taken to the restaurant. The staff were very considerate.
Facilities: The overall decoration style feels a bit like Sanya. It has a sense of design. The only drawback is that the bath water is heated by a water heater. There may be no hot water halfway through the bath.

這應該是下大陳最好的民宿了，價格也不菲啊！我們住在二樓窗外就可以看夕陽西下，離土地堂人造沙灘走土坡路很近，但沙灘晚上5點左右關門。吃海鮮可以去邊上印象餐廳（從酒店土路走過去5分鐘就能到達），坐在餐廳露台上一邊喝啤酒一邊可以看日落晚霞非常漂亮。島上交通便利，可以包車遊，租車遊或租電動車環島騎行。
設施：房間設施齊全，舒適寬敞明亮。
衞生：按民宿標準巳很乾凈了，但浴室下水管道需要疏通乾淨容易堵塞，但前台小姑娘有求必應，來疏通過2次，後來索性把蓋子全打開，水是下去了，但睡到半夜下水道的氣味沖上來了。
服務：微信管家服務周到，酒店提供碼頭接送服務。入住時行李不負責送房間的，需自拎行李到房間。
建議：按酒店房價算得上5星級酒店標準，但設施與五星級相差太遠，房間夠大，但廁所，浴室與卧室無隔斷設計不雅觀，望能改進。

大陳島最滿意的風景，就是在民宿裏看到的。房間超絕，老闆和前台工作人員都很好，提前告知注意事項，安排車接車送這些是最基礎的，一些小細節超級用心了，衞生間裏給備了酒精消毒棉片，梳子也是一次性的氣墊梳，腳破皮了還提供了創可貼。下次來要去住上大陳的那海啦

抵達大陳島：
🚢抵達碼頭⛵️前的十分鐘老闆就早早的在等候了呢，七座商務專屬帶你行駛在海邊綠道的體驗感賊棒！其他遊客出了碼頭要麼在路邊等集體大巴車，要麼等民宿的三蹦子🛺！
抵達民宿：
辦理了入住後，管家貼心的幫你把行李🧳送到房間，推開門被眼前的景驚艷到了，這妥妥的度假⛱️風，私人泳池，私人露台，望出去的天超級藍！（很意外得知民宿老闆竟然是朋友的表弟，老闆給我們升級了房型）原房型是不帶露台和泳池的）
入住期間的交通，民宿門口有哈羅共享電驢，前20分鐘5元錢，基本5元就可以抵達下一個景點！
如果要去梅花灣用餐老闆也會貼心的接送！從那海民宿到梅花灣裏程3.3公里左右的環海綠道，完全是可以騎着共享電驢吹吹海風，時不時停下來拍拍美照！
退房：
民宿退房時間是12點前，如果退房當天要去其他景點趕不及回到民宿，可以早上出門前把行李收拾好寄存在民宿前台，管家也會將行李按約定時間送到碼頭！這服務超值了吧！

房間在大陳島算是很高檔的了，服務熱情，有浴缸游泳池，推開陽台門就可以看見大海，設施也比較新的，看得出商家很用心，位置離沙灘近，離梅花灣有些距離，騎電動車要10來分鐘。商家可以弄些電動車來租啊，門口有家大陳印象餐廳，口味不錯，份量很足，我覺得比梅花灣的要好。唯一不好的是住宿當晚酒店下水管堵了，半個房間都是水，雖然小哥也在盡力補救，第二天也找人來通了，可惜當晚浴缸也沒泡成，洗澡都趕着時間，不敢用太多水，外面下了場雨，游泳也沒遊成，比較失望。

那海民宿很火爆，暑假出行基本都是訂滿的狀態，我也抽了下熱鬧，下了狠心訂了一個1200多的房間，這個名宿也是我最期待的，但最後也是我整個行程中不太滿意的酒店。
我比較中肯的來説説各個方面
第一：環境，沒的話説，不錯的，風景和裝修風格都是很哇塞的。我也會上傳我所拍的關於酒店的照片供大家欣賞
第二：衞生，也是我最不滿意的一個地方，入住的時候根本沒有打掃乾淨，床底下用過的棉簽都還在，桌子還油油的，一看就是上一夜住的客人吃了炸串留下的印記。酒店裡有一個天台泳池，既然你以這個泳池作為一大招牌，應該把衞生都維護好，我們去的時候，泳池裡全是小蟲子，還有一個發財蛛，孩子嚇得不敢去玩了。這是一大敗筆。
第三：服務，入住前一晚，會有客户給你打電話加微信，給你發大陳島旅遊的攻略，這點很好。下船後，也會有老闆司機開着六人座的車來接送。但是酒店的遊玩配套服務做的沒有其他民宿好，比如：其他酒店都有電瓶車租借，而那海沒有，攻略上寫着100-150一天，但實際我瞭解了一下，其他民宿借一下在50-80元不等。所以很熱的天氣 別人租借者電瓶車通暢無阻的遊玩，我們借了島上的哈羅電瓶車，有一次我們一家三口就借到一輛，我老公就在40度的太陽下暴走，心情很糟糕。再説説前台的小姐姐，感覺服務沒什麼熱情和智慧，看到你家帶着小朋友，也不會主動給你提供小朋友用具，需要一次次問她要。
再説説早飯：真的吃的東西有點少，因為要趕船，也就湊合兩口。
綜合上述：這家店生意不錯，軟件需要加強，如果光靠硬件，是贏不了回頭客的。
