The service was good but the room was dusty and I had an allergy and insect bite on my arm due to the towels.

Very big and beautifull hotel.
Breakfast was ok. Gym and pool were good. Sauna was a bit dirty.
Not much too do in the area but good for short stay.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

The sanitation in the room is really bad. The floor is like this. It's like it's not cleaned. The front desk service is also average.

It's quite good, very new, clean and spacious. It should be used by other places in the city. The overall facilities are very good.
But the layout of the breakfast can be optimized, the outside is a bit sloppy.

The room was very good, very clean and comfortable. BEN Lin, who checked in, was also very nice. I was only staying for one night, but I booked another one for the second night without hesitation. I highly recommend it.
