The staff is warm and meticulous in service. On rainy days, they will take guests to the restaurant through the corridor. The hygiene is also very meticulous, and various sweet soups are delivered in the evening. The breakfast is also very satisfactory, and the service staff is considerate and thoughtful, which made us spend a very pleasant May Day holiday.

This is my second time visiting Phoenix Villa. This time I booked a suite in Building B. I traveled before the short holiday and I could also book a hotel to pick me up at Taizhou Station, which was very convenient. The scenery outside the living room is beautiful and green, and the facilities in the room are very good. Every day for breakfast, you can walk from Building A, or walk in the yard to the restaurant for breakfast. There are many types of breakfast, and there are also various Taizhou snacks. I will choose Treasure Hotel when I come to Taizhou in the future.

The VIP building and the main building share a common area and a breakfast room, and the accommodation buildings are separate. The rooms and corridors of Building B look like five-star hotels and are very comfortable. Let's talk about the service first. There is basically no problem. There are staff on duty in the morning in each building. It is the New Year, and the service staff all wear red scarves. They are very good and will take the initiative to say hello. The seafood noodles for breakfast must be tried, and there are also mantis shrimps and prawns, which are very good. There are also glutinous rice balls and seaweed cakes. The breakfast is basically very comprehensive. The most surprising thing is that I stayed for two nights and was given a free minibar every night, which is generally given for one night in hotels. Fruits will also be replenished, and good night porridge is given when the bed is turned on at night. In short, both the facilities and services are great.

Booked two rooms of the same standard, with slightly different layouts. The hotel housekeeping service is OK, and it proactively provides turndown service, but there is no goodnight dessert for men. The bathtub faucet can be switched to a shower as a warm reminder for customers, and it took a long time to switch. In addition, the sockets on the two bedside tables in the room are not of good quality and are very loose. All plugs will fall off when plugged in. You can only charge in the water heating and desk area. I hope the quality of this facility can keep up. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but not as delicious as expected, and the auntie in the rice and flour area is obviously too busy, so her attitude is slightly poor. I hope some facilities and services can be more in line with the hotel grade.
