Because Hilton had no room, I saw Pengxin on Ctrip. I didn't expect it to be an unexpected surprise. The price was affordable. I gave us two rooms on the 15th floor. Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

Excellent location just steps from Wanda Plaza. Checkin staff happily addressed me in English, very professional and smart. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

Traveling and dining are very convenient, and the location is great! The environment in the courtyard is beautiful and clean, and the gate is safe to enter and exit. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, elegant and clean with complete facilities. The duplex structure combining classic and modern is suitable for 4 people. There is no problem with the spacious exercises on the first floor. The toilet has a reasonable design for separation of dry and wet. The big bed is spacious and comfortable. The upper, middle and lower floors of the wardrobe can be stored separately for hats, clothes, trolley cases, and shoes. The root-shaped coffee table and the seats are very Chinese. The decorations at the corner of the stairs are tasteful. The boss personally contacted the van for us so that people can put more luggage.
