Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

The location of the hotel is also good, there are many restaurants that can cause choices in about 20 minutes walk. The hotel's service is also relatively standard and very clean. A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

The first time I stayed at Jinling Hotel, I was amazed when I entered the lobby. It was really worth it to be able to stay at this price during the National Day holiday. When we entered the lobby, there were service staff who took the initiative to help us carry our luggage (kudos to Xiao Rui and Wen Yu). The front desk staff (Xiao Xu, Shu Yue and Jia Ji) who checked in and checked out also left a good impression on us. The room was also large and clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I will come again next time. Finally, the small gifts given are very practical.
