Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

Proper five-star hotel! Proper five-star hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's on the right side. The taxi driver suggested that we go to South Railway Station and take the shuttle bus to Qianduo, which really saves time and money. Special thanks to the enthusiastic locals! The hotel room is clean and spacious, the buffet breakfast is rich, and there are a few big geese in the hotel lake. It is super recommended for vacation and leisure.

房間很好，衞生環境都不錯！門口就是亭台樓閣，水流聲聲，鳥語花香！孩子也很喜歡！不過美中不足的是，第一，馬桶蓋子非常沉，放下的時候會發出很大的聲音，沖水的按鈕非常難按，成年人兩衹手一起按都費勁！第二，隔音效果不太理想，隔壁的小姐姐們回來的晚，從10點開始就間歇性的大笑，大叫！因為帶了孩子，這樣的動靜真的很難讓人睡覺。於是在快12點的時候，是在忍不住，去敲了隔壁的木門，也就消停了一會，後來又開始了大笑大叫！唉！嚴重影響晚上的睡眠質量！

Slightly British style. Service: warm. The front desk waiter explained in detail and took the guests to the room. The restaurant waiter proactively reminded not to order too many dishes to avoid waste. (The portion of the dish is large, and the actual fish is larger than the one in the photo). Breakfast: There are many varieties, especially the fish soup noodles and fish soup are very delicious. There is freshly ground coffee. The chef's cooking is exquisite. Surroundings: The riverside attractions are right outside the back door of the hotel (the park is under renovation and will be completed before the Spring Festival). Walk 600 meters to Lao Cai. On the opposite bank is Guanhailou (Song Dynasty) Park, which contains the last section of the ancient city wall (nearly a thousand years old). It is about 1,000 meters walk to the park.
