前台小周服務熱情周到，有問必答，還貼心地給了很多遊玩建議。房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全且維護良好，住得非常舒適。酒店整體環境也很棒，以後來這邊還會選擇這裏！

就在鳳城河大景區內，到旁邊的寺廟和柳園什麼的走路就到了，很近。門口就有很大的停車場非常方便，酒店很乾凈，佈置也是用心的，服務態度也可以，沒什麼缺點，唯一不太好的是家庭房有一間在走廊盡頭沒得選，但是多了一個窗户所以光線好不壓抑，空調很足也不冷。

來泰州旅遊入住：文旅.美麗豪酒店（泰州鼓樓南路店）房間乾淨整潔、各種設施齊全。夜晚華燈初上觀賞窗外夜景非常漂亮，地理位置優越，離各個景點都不遠，步行即可到達。前台小夥主動熱情介紹周邊景點和美食，打掃整理房間的姑娘耐心細緻。特別值得誇獎的是酒店的小潘姑娘，服務更是熱情周到，對我們外地來泰州的老年遊客更是關心備至，讓我們真正體會到了回家的感覺。

跟同事來泰州出差，定了兩天，二樓還有健身房，適合我們喜歡健身的朋友，房間挺乾淨的，特別是床品不得不誇一下，非常舒適，房間裏的冰箱還有免費的可樂雪碧，退房的時候告知我們需要開票，就有個小姐姐小涵來教我怎麼在網上開票，服務特別好，門口就是停車場可以免費停車，基本出門辦事是不需要開車的，很方便

酒店地理位置在老城區，出行特別方便。房間很乾凈，有電動窗簾，衞生間也是乾濕分離還有帶燈的化粧鏡，這點特別棒！前台小哥和小姐姐服務出色，有問必答！來泰州是吃泰州早茶的，太好吃啦，最愛蟹黃湯包，下次還會再來。

酒店離鳳城河核心景區很近，步行衹需10分鐘。規模雖不大，但服務還不錯。由於開業才3年，設施還很新，配有自助洗衣乾衣設備。早餐品種雖不豐富，但最基本的都有了。較滿意。
