小區有些老舊，但是周圍環境非常無敵，裏面更是驚艷，特別乾淨精緻，老媽都不想走了。主理人很熱心，考慮周到。

安靜，出行方便，車子停樓下路邊即可，下樓就可以看河景，走幾分鐘就有羅森便利店，下次有機會來還會選擇這裏

房間非常温馨衞生。水，一次性澡巾，拖鞋，非常齊備，洗髮水，洗面奶非常齊備，雖是四摟，上樓也不累。地段方便，去老街，喬園都挺方便，吃飯鳳陽樓，會賓樓也很近，老闆人很好，我們下午車，他主動免費延長時間，非常好。

地理位置特別棒，出門逛景點吃早茶，基本上打車十分鐘就到了，房子裏面設施一應俱全，連葯箱都很貼心的準備好了，靠着河邊晚上出來散步看看夜景，吹吹小風，樓下就是羅森便利還有一家超美的咖啡店！

長者去泰州旅遊，老闆很熱情很周到，每天的行程去哪裡遊玩怎麼去在哪吃飯這些細節都提前告訴長者，讓四老玩的很是開心，住的地方在東城河邊，河對面就是個公園，太適合休閑度假了！

房子雖然是老房屋，但是特別乾淨整潔，所有生活用品齊全！離湖邊幾步遠，傍晚可以下樓溜達吹吹風，景色絕了。我爸爸很滿意這個地方，小夥伴來泰州可以住這裏。

乾淨衞生，住了4晚，可以算是就在景區裏，旁邊早茶很不錯，還可以在護城河下水游泳。停車方便，開車到老街就3分鐘。最重要的是店家很熱情，雖未謀面但體貼入微，也好説話，下次過來還住這邊。

這次入住的感覺特別的好，房屋打掃的特別乾淨，而且什麼都不缺，衞生間洗面奶，洗髮水，護髮素，沐浴乳都不缺，而且都是家裡平常用的品牌，浴巾，一次性浴巾，什麼的都有，廚房也不缺，是跟媽媽一起旅行的，晚上煮飯，炒了兩個菜，點了一些外賣，感覺特別好，吹風機等等什麼都有，體驗感很好，下次來泰州還住這家
