就沒有想到五星級的賓館沒有泳池，房間裏連小冰箱也沒有對不起這個價....硬件設施是真的不行，服務態度還可以的，但是吧，他設施不行啊。還不如住隔壁某航....

泰州不大，即使在開發區也不覺得偏。從地庫電梯到一樓，不是萬怡的正門。下午2點左右沒有服務人員，也沒有看到標識，沒找到前台，兜了一圈才看到。入住手續很順利，前台人員禮貌規範。給了我們對門兩間房。我在北側一間，衞生間有異味，沒有專門排風扇，電話反映了前台立刻更換了南向房間，派人送上房卡並協助搬行李。房間乾淨整潔設施完備，早餐豐富，體驗不錯。

這房間的格局很奇怪 ，落地窗沒有 都隔成幾段 ！房間的隔音效果很差，換了三個房間，總之和價格不成正比，以後基本不會來這裏！早餐就更差了 ，裏面都是五六十歲的不會普通話的阿姨，早餐品質也很差！真是白瞎了品牌！全台經理服務還可以！

早餐的包子都是冷凍的，麪條也沒有泰州風味，廚師長的服務較差，藉口聽不懂方言，懟一位上海老太太。房間電視設定奇葩，據説要看完廣告才能收視。
