The hotel’s front desk service is attentive and enthusiastic, making it easy to get around. But don’t go to the restaurant of the hotel to eat. The dried chicken soup is not made fresh. The crab buns for 60 yuan each and crab meat buns for 40 yuan are not freshly steamed. The skin is warm and sticky, and the fillings Unpalatable. 我們早上十點就到酒店，和前台小姐姐商量能否提前入住，沒想到小姐姐同意了，還幫我們升級了房間，非常感謝這位小姐姐，房間很大，設施都挺好，就是沒有空調房間有點悶熱。

到酒店比較晚，遠看燈火輝煌，像個豪華酒店，大堂也大，前台小姐姐服務也好，客房面積夠大，還送蘋果與酸奶，感覺挺好，後來仔細一想，我訂的房價是最貴的一天，比其他日子多出60多元，蘋果與酸奶無法有效補償，也不知入住這一天房價為什麼這麼高？被子太厚，半夜熱醒，不蓋怕着涼，就將被子反過來蓋，夜裡醒了3-4次，沒有睡好。看網上説這家早餐豐富，結果大失所望，衹有一個素菜和一個涼菜，其它都是主食，不過餛飩還行，吃了2小碗。其實前台服務還行，衹是感覺房價高，早餐差，所以在服務一項扣2星。

設施：房間挺老舊的，洗漱用品傳統型酒店標配。 服務：服務還不錯，房間空調不太熱，聯繫後房務中心給了一個暖風機。 就是衝著這家會賓樓早餐才入住酒店的，早上調了六點的鬧鐘，六點半就下去喝早茶。餐廳在酒店一樓，快七點的時候陸陸續續已經來了很多人。菜量很大，小餛飩要二個人分享，包子也夠大，總之以後要人多一點來吃才行。

酒店停車很方便，有自已的停車場，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮比較舒服，客房服務比較温馨，一樓的早茶非常好吃，酒店周邊環境優美，有公園湖，可以散散步比較愜意。

前台經理服務非常周到，為我們升級了標準間。刀魚餛飩非常棒。早茶很好。
