Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

The surrounding environment is elegant, the hotel is magnificent, the front desk lady is warm and attentive, and also helped us upgrade the room for free. There are many varieties of breakfast. The dining environment for breakfast is also very good. I will stay next time.

The staff were friendly but struggled with English. The room was comfortable and spacious however my towels were covered in long hair. Breakfast was a let down, the dining room was so humid. The hotel is also difficult to find from the street.

Taizhou is not big, and it doesn't feel remote even in the development zone. The elevator from the basement to the first floor is not the main entrance of Courtyard. There was no service staff around 2 pm, and no sign was seen. I couldn't find the front desk, and I walked around before I saw it. The check-in procedure was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite and standard. We were given two rooms opposite each other. I was in a room on the north side, and the bathroom had a peculiar smell and no special exhaust fan. I reported it by phone and the front desk immediately changed to a south-facing room, sent someone to deliver the room card and help move the luggage. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, rich breakfast, and a good experience.

Excellent location just steps from Wanda Plaza. Checkin staff happily addressed me in English, very professional and smart. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms, i selected a room with a terrace which I thought had a great view. The hotel has a really nice gym and swimming pool and a good breakfast selection.

We planned to have local morning tea for breakfast, but because the children had diarrhea, we gave up eating out and paid extra for hotel breakfast. Well, there were not many varieties, and the noodles and wontons were pretty good.

The first time I stayed at Jinling Hotel, I was amazed when I entered the lobby. It was really worth it to be able to stay at this price during the National Day holiday. When we entered the lobby, there were service staff who took the initiative to help us carry our luggage (kudos to Xiao Rui and Wen Yu).
