No carpet on the floor means it is cold in the winter. Also the AC is not very easy to control, the room warms up well but needed to keep the AC on high. The hardware of the hotel is very new. The car park was very convenient and the location is great, right in downtown. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot our shoes on checking out and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving which was really helpful and thoughtful! This is a great value hotel for a downtown stay!

The breakfast was good, and the local fish soup wonton was delicious. It is also delicious to mix with dried shreds. The environment of the hotel should not be too good, quiet and comfortable, just by the river, you can take a walk along the river in the morning to exercise.
