The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

The room cleaning service was excellent My room had a large window, so I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't cold because of the warm heating in the hotel Also, I really liked the blackout curtain, which covers the light well in the morning👍🏻 The hotel front desk staff had a good attitude! Located in the new business and government district area, the hotel is conveniently situated.for business travellers. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall. The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too. Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

Going to the hotel, the handsome guy (Xiao Guo butler) from the concierge department came to help pull the suitcase, took us to check in, and also helped to take the luggage to the room, and enthusiastically answered our N many questions halfway. Li Yan, the beauty of the concierge department, was warm and hospitable, and took the initiative to help with the registration of the station, warm reminder. The hotel is located in the downtown area and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Booked a business twin room, the room is large, multiple partitions, the bedding is clean and comfortable, there are Huanhuan fruits, Starbucks coffee, bed opening service. Especially worth recommending is the hotel's buffet breakfast, there are many varieties, will not regret it, awesome 👍👍

Manager Zhao Xia was very professional and arranged it for me in advance. I am very grateful. After arriving at the hotel, I was shocked by the decoration and layout of the lobby. The environment is elegant. What surprised me even more was that the front desk guy Xiao Zhang upgraded my room enthusiastically and introduced the surrounding restaurants and attractions. Then the customer manager Song Rui took me to the room and introduced me to a variety of services. I am very grateful! The guest rooms are comfortable and clean, and every employee has a smile on their face. It is really a treasure hotel. I will come to Lihua again when I go home for the New Year next year.

Everyone I met was very enthusiastic. The manager named Yuan at the front desk helped me check in.
