I am really satisfied with the hotel's service. I received a call from the hotel the day before I checked in to see if there were any special requirements for the room. There is a ground parking space at the hotel entrance. The hotel lobby is very clean and tidy. The attitudes of the ladies at the front desk are very good, especially Xinyi, who is very enthusiastic and recommended us the surrounding food stores. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the pedestrian street and Yingze Park at night. The subway entrance is right after getting off the hotel. The room is in the style that children like. The service is particularly good. The breakfast is rich and clean. I am very satisfied overall.

The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall. The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too. Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!
