The location is very good, just in the center of the scenic spot, it is very convenient to go anywhere around. The hotel is very exquisite and elegant. The floor and walls of the bathroom are very textured with oversized tiles. The bedding is also very comfortable. The room gives 4 bottles of water. The breakfast is rich and clean. Very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to come to Taiyuan and live here.

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a spectacular view from the 9th floor. Reception was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was not bad, although it ends relatively early at 0930H. I would consider staying here again.

We took our kids out for a stroll and a meal during the National Day holiday. Bo Ran's service was a win. The front desk and guest rooms were incredibly warm! A special shoutout to the front desk lady who was on duty around 9 PM on October 3rd. She was so sweet ❤️ and promptly resolved my issue. 🫰🏻 Love you! The breakfast was also very varied. I highly recommend their knife-cut noodles; they were fantastic! 👍🏻 The fried dough sticks paired with the knife-cut noodles were still lingering on my palate when I got home! 🤓 Overall, the warm and attentive service made our stay a comfortable one for the three of us! If I had to point out a downside, it's the busy location, which can be a bit lively at night. 😂😂

Great location and they were all super nice. However the room was super hot and there is no AC. When we asked they brought up a portable unit but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep the room comfortable. If it’s winter it could be a great spot but definitely look elsewhere in the late spring and summer.

The check-in experience far exceeded expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, and the surrounding dining and shopping facilities are perfect. The front desk is efficient and professional, actively upgrades the room type and provides office equipment borrowing services. The room is excellent in soundproofing, the bedding is soft and comfortable, equipped with ergonomic chairs and high-speed WiFi. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western self-service to meet diversified needs, and the business center is fully equipped. Special praise for the laundry room equipped with a dryer, which is a gospel for business travelers.

Xishan Hotel is conveniently located. I wanted to visit Shanxi Museum, Shanxi Merchants Museum, Shanxi Geological Museum, Shanxi Library, etc. I chose a hotel near Bell Tower Street. The hotel is clean and tidy. Although the facilities are a little old, the first floor dining, breakfast, backyard parking, and upstairs accommodation are all very convenient. It is good to bring children to play and it is also convenient to eat. Downstairs is Liuxiang and Bell Tower Street. It is very comfortable to take a walk and cool off in the evening. The Western restaurant on Bell Tower Street, Shanghai Restaurant, and Shanxi Restaurant are all very delicious.

Excellent value for money, especially with the two-night group purchase. The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast spread was generous, and the restaurant on the 26th floor offered panoramic views of Wuyi Square, Chunyang Palace, and the Shanxi Hotel. The hotel's location is superb, within easy walking distance of Liuxiang Street, Bell Tower Street, the Northern Qi Mural Museum, and the Twin Pagoda Temple. It's also just a 4-5 minute walk to Subway Line 1, and about a 30-minute drive to Taiyuan South Railway Station. The elevators, which I'd heard some complaints about, weren't as bad as I'd expected. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of floor indicators, which made waiting feel longer since you couldn't tell which floor they were on. However, during my two-day stay, they functioned perfectly fine. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel!

They also gave me souvenirs, which were very convenient to take with me. The hotel room is also very large. The shampoo and shower gel are all travel-sized. If you can't use them up, you can take them away! The room is spacious and the hygiene is in place. Every little corner is taken care of and it is cleaned very cleanly. There is also free afternoon tea in the afternoon, and the ice cream is also delicious~ The location is also very good, just near the train station, about 15 minutes walk away, the room price is more than 200, the cost performance is super high!
