Facilities: My friends told me this is one of the more upscale hotels in the area. The smart room features throughout are quite impressive, and food deliveries are brought directly to the room by a robot. Service: The service was exceptionally attentive. On the first day, we needed an extra bed, and the housekeeping manager went above and beyond, checking various room sizes to find the best arrangement. We stayed for four nights. One day, I washed clothes and left them hanging in the bathroom to drip dry. When we returned, the housekeeper had thoughtfully left a note and moved them out to dry properly – such attention to detail! Later in our stay, we were driving a local friend's car and returned very late one night. The parking attendant, even past 1 AM, patiently helped open the garage door without any sign of impatience. Environment: The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially the knife-cut noodles (Dao Xiao Mian), which were particularly delicious! 😋

1. Superb stay experience! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was of the street. Evan, the receptionist, was warm and patient, and proactively helped upgrade my room. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 2. A definite 10/10! The room facilities are new, with a smart toilet and a high-definition projector—the attention to detail is amazing. The breakfast selection is excellent, with fresh hot and cold dishes and fruits. The housekeeping staff cleans meticulously every day, leaving no dust even in the crevices of the desks. Excellent value for money! 3. After many business trips, I finally found a gem of a hotel! The soundproofing is amazing; even the noisiest neighbors can't be heard, making it perfect for working late into the night. Parking is free and plentiful, making it super convenient if you drive. They even gave me a complimentary gift upon check-out—the service was so thoughtful! I've already recommended it to my colleagues!

As a ********* traveler, I encountered check-in restrictions upon my arrival in Taiyuan. Despite being advertised as welcoming tourists from around the world, I faced an issue at a hotel in Taiyuan. The hotel encountered difficulties in processing my Taiwan pass. However, I must commend G hotel for their exceptional support and assistance. They made every effort to resolve the situation promptly and ensure a successful check-in process. I highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers from Taiwan for its professionalism and accommodating service.

The location is very good, just in the center of the scenic spot, it is very convenient to go anywhere around. The hotel is very exquisite and elegant. The floor and walls of the bathroom are very textured with oversized tiles. The bedding is also very comfortable. The room gives 4 bottles of water. The breakfast is rich and clean. Very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to come to Taiyuan and live here.

Booked an audio-visual bed room, although the room is not very big, but the facilities are perfect, the bathroom is dry and wet, the audio-visual is also very intimate, Tencent SVIP movie chasing drama is convenient and fast, the whole house is smart, and the small service is very intimate. I was born in 1969, in the residential compound of the Taiyuan Aviation Instrument Factory in Taiyuan. It was at the end of that year that my parents were transferred for work, and we left Taiyuan. This trip to the city feels like a glimpse into my roots. 😀 Before leaving, I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Taiyuan on Ctrip and finally chose the Home Inn. The hotel is located near Liuxiang Bell Tower Street. Downstairs, there's plenty of shopping and dining options, but upstairs, it's very quiet. Newly renovated, with new amenities, it's clean and tidy. The smart features throughout the hotel are user-friendly. The friendly and polite staff at the front desk on the first floor were especially nice. I drove there and could park directly in the Home Inn underground parking lot across the street. It's very close, making it very convenient for self-driving. After staying there for one night, my partner and I fell in love with the pillows in the room. They were so soft and comfortable that we bought two at the front desk when we checked out and took them home. It was a pleasant surprise. 😀

We took our kids out for a stroll and a meal during the National Day holiday. Bo Ran's service was a win. The front desk and guest rooms were incredibly warm! A special shoutout to the front desk lady who was on duty around 9 PM on October 3rd. She was so sweet ❤️ and promptly resolved my issue. 🫰🏻 Love you! The breakfast was also very varied. I highly recommend their knife-cut noodles; they were fantastic! 👍🏻 The fried dough sticks paired with the knife-cut noodles were still lingering on my palate when I got home! 🤓 Overall, the warm and attentive service made our stay a comfortable one for the three of us! If I had to point out a downside, it's the busy location, which can be a bit lively at night. 😂😂

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a spectacular view from the 9th floor. Reception was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was not bad, although it ends relatively early at 0930H. I would consider staying here again.

The room hardware can reach five stars. The facilities in the room and lobby are very new and the design is modern and simple. The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

Great location and they were all super nice. However the room was super hot and there is no AC. When we asked they brought up a portable unit but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep the room comfortable. If it’s winter it could be a great spot but definitely look elsewhere in the late spring and summer.
