Shanxi Hotel must be given a five-star rating. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was already lit. The courtyard was ancient and the hotel lobby was magnificent. The service staff checked in very efficiently and quickly, and the service attitude was very excellent. The breakfast and Chinese buffet was very high-end, and the food and drink met the tastes of all parts of the north and south. It is very close to various attractions. We strolled to the bell tower. On one side of the hotel, you can enter Wenying Park, where you can see the scene of Shanxi people exercising and relaxing. The hotel helped to take the luggage to the car after checking out, and the service was thoughtful. The important point is that we lived on the second floor and it was very quiet, without any noisy sounds, and the sound insulation was very good. The shower was a little smaller, but you can call the front desk. It was too cold. It rained on the day we came, and we didn’t pay much attention to bathing, so we just took a shower. Satisfied, and will tell friends who come to Taiyuan to choose Shanxi Hotel first.

This is the best and value for money hotel I stayed in last 12 days trip from Beijing, Datong, Taiyuan, Pingyao, Xian. The room is nice, breakfast is good, hotel room even provide you with a washing machine in tge room with detergent free. Highly recommended and great for longer stay. Cheers

The room was very clean and warm in the severe winter. I would especially like to thank the beautiful ladies at the front desk and lobby, Liu Chaolian, Dong Jie, Wu Jingjing, Jiao Junfang, and Liu Chuanjie. Thank you for your warm reception, handling procedures, and helping with luggage. It was a very good experience.

Stayed at the China World Hotel for three nights. The overall feeling was good, quiet and safe. The rooms were cleaned every day, the service was thoughtful, and the charging cable was delivered to the room if I didn't bring it. The location is good, next to the Governor's Mansion, Liuxiang, and Food Street. It is said to be in the central area but not noisy at all. There are many types of breakfast.

The room is clean and tidy, spacious, bright and comfortable. The cleaning lady Zhao and the handsome guy at the front desk provide enthusiastic service. The facilities are good, there is a parking lot, and it is also close to Wuyi Square and Bell Tower Street. It is a good choice for tourist accommodation.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

Hotel location is good, eating around is also convenient. Takeaway robot delivery, the front desk service is very good. 酒店位置很好，離的省人民醫院很近，走路衹需要5分鐘，火車站和南站都很近，周邊有雙塔寺公園，離柳巷也不遠，酒店衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，床品從裡到外都是新的，店內裝修風格簡約大方，價格合理，服務人員態度非常好，很周到，可以免費停車很方便、停車場很大，交通便利.下次有機會還會來哦.

I personally prefer this soft but friction-sensitive material. Manxin slippers are the most comfortable one in the hotel I have ever stayed in. Although the style is a bit nostalgic, it still feels good. Because there are three of us, we booked this twin room with a 1.5m bed. It is quite spacious. The room is also quite big, especially the toilet, haha, it has hot water. The water pressure and temperature are not stable. There is also a buffet breakfast in the morning, which is all basic choices, with not too many places and not too many places.
