Shanxi Hotel must be given a five-star rating. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was already lit. The courtyard was ancient and the hotel lobby was magnificent. The breakfast and Chinese buffet was very high-end, and the food and drink met the tastes of all parts of the north and south. It is very close to various attractions. We strolled to the bell tower. On one side of the hotel, you can enter Wenying Park, where you can see the scene of Shanxi people exercising and relaxing. The hotel helped to take the luggage to the car after checking out, and the service was thoughtful. The important point is that we lived on the second floor and it was very quiet, without any noisy sounds, and the sound insulation was very good. The shower was a little smaller, but you can call the front desk. It was too cold. It rained on the day we came, and we didn’t pay much attention to bathing, so we just took a shower. Satisfied, and will tell friends who come to Taiyuan to choose Shanxi Hotel first.

The hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable! Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here! Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

The only five-star hotel in Taiyuan's North District. Although the facilities are not the newest, the sanitary conditions are good. The rooms facing the road are also very quiet. The sound of firecrackers during the Chinese New Year is not too obvious. In the summer, you can take a walk in the lawn area behind the hotel. There is a Dazhanggui Restaurant next to it. It is three kilometers away from Wanda Plaza and is convenient for shopping and dining. The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

I chose JW Marriott Hotel Taiyuan for my business trip to Taiyuan. It is a Marriott brand. The hardware facilities are very good and the service is beyond my expectations. Everyone I met was very enthusiastic. The manager named Yuan at the front desk helped me check in. He explained the general information about the hotel and the room, which saved me a lot of time and greatly improved my work efficiency. Manager Yuan also smiled sweetly, which made me feel comfortable.

Located in the new business and government district area, the hotel is conveniently situated.for business travellers. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall. The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too. Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

I was very satisfied and surprised with my stay! Shortly after I booked the room, I received a greeting from your hotel, asking what direction and floor I needed. Manager Zhao Xia was very professional and arranged it for me in advance. I am very grateful. After arriving at the hotel, I was shocked by the decoration and layout of the lobby. The environment is elegant. What surprised me even more was that the front desk guy Xiao Zhang upgraded my room enthusiastically and introduced the surrounding restaurants and attractions. Then the customer manager Song Rui took me to the room and introduced me to a variety of services. I am very grateful! The guest rooms are comfortable and clean, and every employee has a smile on their face. It is really a treasure hotel. I will come to Lihua again when I go home for the New Year next year.
