This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! I'm incredibly picky, and this hotel was flawless! The service was excellent – ​​they were always there for me! The environment was impeccably clean, with a microwave and coffee machine, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was plentiful, truly comparable to a five-star hotel. It was such a comfortable stay, and the location is super convenient with shopping malls and restaurants right downstairs. The surrounding area is also very lively! It's not far from Liuxiang either. I don't even know how to write a good review enough – the service was just too good! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

The hotel facilities are complete and the front desk staff are warm and courteous. There is a coffee machine and drinks at the front desk, which can be used at any time. The hotel has a rich breakfast, Chinese and Western food, and fruit, tea and various hot and cold drinks. The hotel has a separate parking lot, suitable for self-driving tours, but there is no charging pile. There is KFC downstairs, McDonald's and convenience store pharmacies across the road, restaurants and various snacks around, very convenient! It is about 5km from Shanxi Museum and it is more convenient to take a taxi.

前台小張服務熱情高效，三分鐘完成入住。房間整潔明亮無異味，床品柔軟乾爽，衞生乾淨，床鋪舒適，房間裏設施完備齊全，房間環境佈置很温馨，免費礦泉水每天補充。自助早餐種類豐富，現煮麪條檔口太加分！樓下交通便利，距離萬象城步行大概五分鐘，特方便。賓至如歸的體驗！
