服務很好，衞生每天打掃，停車方便，文化中心，周圍有博物院、自然博物館、及圖書館，還有體育中心及汾河，非常滿意，性價比超高，公交車也方便。

房間寬敞舒適，佈局合理，清凈衞生，山西很乾燥，酒店贈送了四瓶水也很貼心，早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯，離山西博物院步行幾分鐘，非常方便。

酒店外觀不起眼，但房間寬敞整潔，非常好，步行到博物館衹需要五分鐘左右，路上有幾家飯館，味道可以價格不貴。
