位置不錯，距離南站三四公里的樣子。服務態度也不錯。主要問題是兩個，衞生間反味嚴重，隔音太差了，樓道和隔壁説點什麼都能聽見。

在網上提前訂的，想着是如家快捷酒店，與全國其它城市的如家同標準，價格142/標間，結果非常失望，硬件極差，衞生間馬桶是壞的，床墊是幾十年前老式金屬彈簧席慕思，躺着極不舒服，頂着腰疼，被套、被單不乾淨，有煙味，牙具質量極差，嗽口杯劣供、沒消毒。衞生間極小。塑料裝修，抽風扇就發動機的轟隆聲，我一宿沒睡着。完全是冒如家的牌子，完全不符合如家的硬件和管理標準。帶有欺騙性。差評！！！。

酒店位置特別不好找，門面太小了，路過都看不見。導航了很多次都找不到。大廳在三樓很隱蔽的地方。停車場沒有，不過價格便宜，前台經理服務好，給挑選好房間，笑臉微笑服務，讓人特別喜歡。99元的價格還是性價比特別好的。價格實惠，服務好，房間該有的都有，就可以了，滿意，好評。。

首先酒店的地理位置非常好，附近就是山大財大，北美n1和一些商户，樓底下吃飯的地方挺多的。酒店前台服務態度挺好的。
關於環境，開業時間和價格客觀限制，對設施要求不高的人可以考慮住宿

當時商務宴請完離我最近的酒店，考慮衹是臨時休息幾個小時，沒想到設施環境驚呆我了，我要坐飛機，所以就衹待了三四個小時，服務員還好，就是環境爛，如果有別的選擇我會選擇更好的酒店，我一百多夠開鐘點房了。
