This was an amazing hotel to stay in: comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is well placed for the City Center attractions. I found it an ideal spot, and my stay was ideal. I was sorry to leave, to be honest. Brilliant hotel and stay, service.

Guest services is great, good breakfast selection
Don have floor heater for winter, toilet seat also not heated.
Excellent location, walking distance to main shopping street. Very close to train station

Fantastic attentive service and very helpful assisting foreigners. Lovely room and very clean and modern. Fast wifi. Only slight negative is that the breakfast is a bit limited in international food options, but then again they rarely have international guests

酒店挺新的，房間是智能設施，非常不錯，早餐種類很多，且有很多當地特色的美食，位置就在市中心，離小吃街很近，非常值得推薦

浪費時間來寫這個差評。硬件都挺好的。服務管理非常混亂。Check in時大堂一位藍西裝的中年男士主動幫忙把行李箱推到門口。其實到這裏，我感覺服務還是可以。後來藍西裝的中年男士又帶着幾個水果敲門，説是攜程用户入駐贈送水果。我開門之後，他直接進到我的房間，關上了房門。此時房間衹有一位女性和一個陌生男性，氣氛已經非常尷尬。他讓我加手機微信，説是要我攜程發好評，好評中還包含了他的名字。到這裏我覺得其實也還可以接受。加微信之後，他給我發來了好評版本。最讓我不可忍受的是，在入住第二天，還依舊通過微信騷擾我，問我是否退房？我覺得這已經是非常沒有邊界感了。退房時向前台開具水單，前台開完水單後沒蓋公章，經我提醒後補蓋公章。房費總共1300，信用卡扣了1500。直到第二天，金額還是沒有更正過來。打電話給前台，前台説是找財務核實。其實我在機場的時候，前台也在不停的打電話，要求攜程好評。本人從來不在攜程點評，實在是覺得太膈應了。大堂那位中年男性反覆給我發微信索要好評的界面我就不截圖了。希望好自為之，以後送水果請門口遞進來就可以。不要不經允許直接進房間，更不要關起門來索要好評。真的非常尷尬。別人不發火，並不代表別人認可。

假日酒店的衞生不乾淨，馬桶裏麪還有頭髮，衞生間地磚上都有那種水漬，雖然我沒拍照，然後沒到退房時間上午就催退房。房間空調衹能設定熱空調，但是早餐的確很豐富。
