This was an amazing hotel to stay in: comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is well placed for the City Center attractions. I found it an ideal spot, and my stay was ideal. I was sorry to leave, to be honest. Brilliant hotel and stay, service.

Guest services is great, good breakfast selection
Don have floor heater for winter, toilet seat also not heated.
Excellent location, walking distance to main shopping street. Very close to train station

Fantastic attentive service and very helpful assisting foreigners. Lovely room and very clean and modern. Fast wifi. Only slight negative is that the breakfast is a bit limited in international food options, but then again they rarely have international guests

到太原看演唱會，選擇了市中心的這家假日，酒店位於繁華鬧市區，距離食品街、鐘樓街近在咫尺，交通也很便利，出門20m就是地鐵站，這次住的是大床，房間温度適宜，全屋可以用小度控制，早餐尚可，服務員有很大提升空間；
有個小建議：房間有禁煙牌，就不必放煙灰缸了，我不清楚太原是否全面禁煙，這一點確實有點矛盾；
特別要感謝酒店前台的一個經理，不僅給我介紹了太原當地有趣的打卡地，而且在演唱會結束後回到酒店，還給我準備了水果，十分愉快的一次入住體驗，下次來太原還會選擇這家。

設施：地理位置滿分💯💯酒店位於太原市中心，柳巷和鐘樓街步行5分鐘就OK，並且樓下就是地鐵站想去遠一些的地方也非常非常方便。包括酒店的硬件設施也很棒，房間智能語音控制、機器人送餐、衞生間乾濕分離等等做的都非常到位！而且早餐廳的種類實在是太豐富了，中西餐一應俱全。還有山西特色刀削麪，羊雜湯很棒很棒！！
衞生：衞生滿分💯💯看得出來客房人員打掃非常用心，床單被罩也都跟嶄新的一樣。
環境：滿分💯💯
服務：滿分💯💯假日酒店的服務一如既往的貼心，周到，是此趟山西之行我最滿意的一次入住體驗。剛下車禮賓就十分熱心的幫我拿行李，指引我辦入住，前台工作人員態度很好辦事效率也很高几分鐘就搞定👍，並且非常細心地像我介紹了早餐廳的位置和用餐時間。吃早餐時餐廳工作人員會指引到座位上，並熱情的介紹菜品和擺放位置。給酒店的工作人員們點贊
