This was an amazing hotel to stay in: comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is well placed for the City Center attractions. I found it an ideal spot, and my stay was ideal. I was sorry to leave, to be honest. Brilliant hotel and stay, service.

Don have floor heater for winter, toilet seat also not heated.

Fantastic attentive service and very helpful assisting foreigners. Lovely room and very clean and modern. Fast wifi. Only slight negative is that the breakfast is a bit limited in international food options, but then again they rarely have international guests

The rooms are nice, right at the intersection of Liuxiang Road, and it is very convenient to go to the business district and the pedestrian street. You have to go to eat early in the evening, otherwise the restaurant you want to eat will be closed at 21:30.
The sanitation services are very good. If you want a quiet, clean and convenient trip, you still have to choose a brand hotel. The front desk also knows the surroundings very well, and the business ability is very good and professional!
The super big bed in the room is really super big for me! The room temperature is also moderate, not too hot (I am from Chongqing and don’t like the room to be too hot in winter. After all, I can’t open the window for ventilation). It’s a 15-minute walk from the bell tower. Next time I go to Shanxi, I will still choose this IHG holiday in!
