這是我第一次入住體驗該公司的酒店。入住體驗極其差，首先進入房間如進入冰窖，房間內的温度甚至沒有走廊嫩的温度高，使得第一印象極差，本想讓前台換個房間，但是工作人員選擇為**作了温度調控器，過了兩個小時，房間內的温度沒有絲毫改變（不知道整個房間都是如此，還是光是我這個房間是這樣。）；其次衞生間不是乾濕分離，房間內沒有塑膠拖鞋，使得我洗完澡整個腳都要接觸到水面，體驗感很不好。
洗完澡到現在，感冒了，頭疼的，本來好好的，現在沒病找病。好歹是大酒店啊，供暖怎麼這麼差？
該酒店的地段很好，希望不要讓入住體驗感覺差影響酒店的整體評分。

房間總體來説很棒，離柳巷鐘樓街很近，騎車步行都OK，位置相對便利。衞生很好，朋友有潔癖也覺得好。服務到位，有空房可以提前入住，電視什麼設備不會操作可以直接快捷問前台，補充物資也及時。大學生可以閉眼入，價格也適中。這個房型寬敞明亮，床非常大。

房間比較小吧，特別是廁所更小了。。。洗澡洗漱馬桶都擠在一起了，洗澡的時候花灑會把洗漱那邊都淋濕，洗臉毛巾掛在洗漱台那也被淋濕掉。對我來説最實用的地方是一樓有個洗衣機，地理位置還不錯吧。

房間很大很寬敞，位置也很不錯。
唯一不足就是電梯比較老舊又慢又小，還有住的兩天正好趕上酒店廚師休假浪費了四張早餐券。
太原是個很棒的城市！下次還來！

避雷，房間一開門一股發黴的味道，好在有窗户，進門第一件事開窗户通風噴香水，站在門口想半天要不要換房間，後來阿姨打掃衞生看了看別的房間發覺都一樣….第二天早晨有早晨，入住時前台人員並未告知，晚上一問才知道廚師請假了衹有快餐（牛奶，麪包），第二天早晨去拿，結果拿回來的牛奶到房間一看是過期的，找了前台一句道歉都沒有，衹是説不知道是過期了，沒注意看….總之體驗感很差

房間比想象中大一些，而且各個設施安排得很合理，床鋪很舒服很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，空調很暖，服務的人員非常友好，盡力解決了我們的需求，離柳巷走路12分鐘就能到，很安逸。
