設施陳舊破爛，隔音不好，衞生也不行，最受不了的是房間被煙漬入味了，一進房間頂鼻子，連被子都一股煙味😓對於不抽煙的人來説很折磨。

服務：不錯，門口有小哥指揮停車，服務態度還算熱情。設施：雖然近些年裝修過，可是疏於維護，定了兩間房，一間防盜鏈壞了，一間排風扇壞了，花灑和台盆龍頭都漏水，地漏卻不好好漏水😂衞生：因為地漏不好好漏水，衞生間地上有水鹼痕跡。環境：不錯，附近較為繁華，吃飯的地方不少，周邊飯店的老闆都很好，非常熱情，菜的味道也很好。

回家探親入住的酒店，初次體驗，感覺還不錯。有問題跟前台和服務人員溝通都比較順暢。免費服務項目多，體驗感很好。外出交通便利，公交車就在門前。下次回去探親時還會選擇入住這家酒店。

酒店入住體驗很好，服務態度熱情禮貌、能夠主動幫助客人解決問題，員工素質高，從進入大堂到客房保潔都保持微笑服務，彬彬有禮。而且酒店的環境也很乾凈，床品也很好，床墊枕頭睡起來很舒服，房間也比較大，還有洗衣和刷鞋泡腳等服務，兩個人入住前台小姐姐還貼心的為我們又提供了一床被子。

前台的態度還不錯。但是我衹能説180一晚的價格，住在這種環境的酒店可能和住100左右一晚的也差不多。他名義上説的是如家旗下，但是環境衞生和酒店內設施完全不夠格，廁所沒有乾濕分離，廁所一股異味，馬桶沒有刷乾淨。説的是有窗實際窗只有幾十公分寬，很暗很暗。訂了兩間房，第一間晚上有蟑螂爬到寶寶身上（在被子裏）。第二間房晚上睡的比較死，第二天睡醒發現身上有包，不知道被什麼小蟲子咬的（不是蚊子）非常癢，因為空調開的20度所以被子蓋的很嚴實，所以我確定是在被窩裡被咬的。所以是否選擇入住建議慎重。
