設施：設施舊且不好用，房間隔音效果極差，早上五點多就聽見屋外有人走路説話驚醒了。洗澡間沒有防滑墊。房間開燈不方便，門口不能對全屋的燈光直接控制，衹能摸黑進屋後再開。衞生：衞生一般。因為屋裡冷所以開了空調，空調剛打開（僅一分鐘）就有股嚴重的味道很嗆人趕緊關了，緩了半個多小時才基本散去，需要清潔。環境：周邊環境比較方便，距離地鐵站很近。服務：前台服務員不會主動打招呼。早上打掃阿姨打掃的時候動靜很大，説話聲音也很大，影響入住體驗。最不能理解的是還要收按金，現在大城市哪還有酒店會收按金，耽誤時間也影響入住心情。
